Enriched Bread
Made with Milk, Honey and Butter, Gisou Bread is soft and sweet, with a layer of White sesame seeds and Turbinado sugar on top.
Try this bread slathered with butter and topped with your favorite jam.

Literally translated to “Filled Bread”, these soft bundles come from Azarbayejan in the north-western region of Iran.
Filled with a Ginger and Turmeric paste and topped with Cumin seeds.

Kopou bread comes from Kerman, in the south-eastern region of Iran. This aromatic bread is made with Fenugreek leaves, Safflower petals and Caraway seeds.

Kelaneh hails from Kurdistan, a mountainous region in the west of Iran. This seasonal bread is filled with regional Alium herbs that grow on the mountainsides in spring.
Our Kelaneh is filled with a mix of Scallions, Garlic, Cilantro and Parsley, sautéed with Butter and seasoned with Salt and Black Pepper.

Lakou is a Rice based flatbread from the shores of the Caspian sea. Our Lakou is made with a combination of Rice flour and Potato flour, and flavored with Saffron. These savory rounds are Gluten Free and Vegan, and are best served warm.

This Filled Bread, comes from the Khorasan (Eastern Iran). While there are many different versions of this bread, the Potato filled one seems to be a favorite.
